    AccuServ is a comprehensive solution for the "end to end" control of repairs and maintenance work for the social housing and private landlord sectors.
    In use by private contractors and DLO operations, AccuServ is unique in providing the complete repairs solution, from receipt of the original job to completions, via the operatives mobile devices, with all changes and additions to the job recorded and monitored from start to end. Admin staff can easily see where parts or additional work is required. No accesses show immediately so the office can try to phone the resident. Satisfaction surveys can be completed on the mobile device or by telephone as the jobs are completed. The sophisticated repairs system is not only integrated with our own mobile solution, but also with other quality solutions from market leading providers.
    AccuServ was designed from the outset to meet the demanding key performance indicators (KPI’s) specified by the Audit Commission and which Housing Associations demand of their contractors.

    AccuServ interfaces with many of the housing management systems and has interfaces to several of the mobile forms providers. By developing close integrated solutions with other systems our customers really do have the ability to adopt “best of breed” approach for their business.
    A currently deployed solution in the UK has the AccuServ Repairs System installed along side Northgate’s Housing SX3 System with Opti-Time from Xmbrace providing automatic scheduling and Cognito providing the mobile PDA forms solution. 
    Jobs are raised by the client in housing SX3 despatched electronically to AccuServ and Opti-Time. AccuServ records each job and is responsible for receiving and sending information to and from Opti-Time and to and from the operative mobiles on the Cognito network. AccuServ records the entire lifecycle of these jobs as they happen by way of its different types of sub-events
    To date, AccuServ is interfaced or integrated with Northgate SX3, Orchard, IBS Openworld, Aareon QL, Saffron, Academy, BizTalk, Agresso, Coins, Sage, Qantas, Cognito, iBASIS and Opti-Time.
    AccuServ can handle all manner of contracts, including Open Book Partnerships, Schedule of Rates (SOR), gas 3 star, fixed price and pain & gain.
